INITIAL & ONGOING TRAINING
Prior to opening your AWRS franchise, you will complete an initial training program at our headquarters in Norcross, GA just outside of Atlanta. This comprehensive training is hands on where you will learn AWRS services and the techniques to properly run and manage the business, as well as get certified in the type of work we do. This initial training is also provided in a condensed format for all of your technicians you hire, whether it be initially as you start the business or as you hire more people while you grow and scale it.
